Bull Blocs
USHA Vertical Bull Bloc is used particularly for production of large wire sizes for small batch quantities.
It is available for a range of wire capacities to suit virtually all grades of ferrous and non-ferrous applications.
These can work in tandem as a continuous machine with a rotating Overhead Take-Off(OTO) column in between.
A choice of either fixed speed AC drives with multiple speed gear boxes or variable speed DC drives is offered.

Doublebloc Machines
Extensively used for high speed drawing of ferrous wires.
These machines are ideal for applications of high carbon steel, spring and tyre bead wires, low carbon steel netting, fencing, nails and welding wires.
High Production facilities due to high speed operation up to 25mts/sec.

OTO Wire Drawing Machines
USHA offers a complete range of high speed OTO machines designed to withstand severe shop conditions of wire drawing plant with least maintenance.
Can accept inlet size upto 10 mm HCS wires. Can be used for a variety of applications including PC wires, HCS wires, Stainless Steel and Non-Ferrous wires.
Ease of operation & Low Maintenance.
Combination with 'BB' type machines designed for final high speed applications.
AC fixed speed with speed change gear box, variable speed DC drives and variable frequency drives areoffered.
Viscous Fluid Non-wearing (VFN) dewinding arm utilises a pollution free, high viscosity medium operating on a "fluid flywheel" principle. Having no rubbing parts the self lubricating, self damping head unit gives extremely smooth operation without snatch and is easily adjusted.
Various methods of collecting finished wires viz: Finishing Block, Coiler Block, Spooler, Coiler Winder, Horizontal Rotodile, Vertical Rotodile are available.
Electrical motors are protected by thermistors embedded in stator windings and are specially designed for the required torque speed characteristics.

Statabloc Coilers
USHA make statabloc coilers aim to provide maximum efficiency in inter-plant processing operations (finishing operations, material handling and storage) subsequent to wire drawing operation.
USHA offers Vertical and Horizontal Statabloc coilers. Statablocs can be offered with die for finish drawing as well as coiling or only as Rotocoilers.

Spooler
USHA MARTIN offers High Speed Spoolers to work in conjunction with wire drawing machines for collection of finished wires from 0.15 mm to 6 mm in spool sizes ranging from 150 mm to 1000 mm DIN bobbins.
Autoload wire guide traversing spoolers with automatic bobbin change are also available.
Coiler Winders are also available on which wire can be collected in coil form or on spools.
