| The machine can be designed for 6,12,18,24 36 and 48 Bobbin arrangements with speeds as high as 3000 rpm. The maximum size of the Bobbin that can be loaded in the machine is 710 mm as per DIN 46395. The machines are rugged in construction and offer near trouble-free operation with unmatched shop floor efficiency. There are over 50 such operating machines around the world. |

| Pay-off stand |
Non driven pay-off with controlled tension having pintles are provided to accommodate bobbins from smallest diameter of 160mm to 2000mm. |
| Rotor |
Rotors are normally made either with seamless pipe or seam welded pipes depending on the size of ID and OD of the tube. Window openings are made in the machine thereby reducing the stress and the wires externally threaded on the tube, stress relieved and dynamically balanced. |
| Under Roller |
Non-metallic under rollers are supplied either with Gesadur WN quality or local high density hylam and are provided with lubrication on the surface. |
| Encircled Bearings |
Imported exclusively designed for high speed applications with automated lubrication system. |
| Rotor Brakes |
Normally are caliper pneumatic type with sufficient number to stop the machine instantaneously. |
| Cradles |
Fabricated, stress relieved and dynamically balanced with pintle or spindle design with positive locking, perfect brake tension. |
| Drive System |
Although AC slipring motors are given, standardized motor drives are AC inverter drives for variable speeds. |
| Haul-off Capstan |
Right from 600 mm to 3500 mm double capstans with grooves hardened. The special feature is that capstans are inclined to preven rope twisting. |
| Take Up |
Various types and designs are available to cater 300 to 3000 mm diameter having mechanized lifting / lowering etc with traverse mechanism of U-hinge or screw type. |
